- Great book! It's helping my husband keep his blood sugar down. I particularly love its recipes--especially the one for granola. I've been making granola for years, but it became difficult for my husband to consume when he came down with Type 2 Diabetes. Now he can have granola again that doesn't jack up his blood sugar. When my kids visit, they also enjoy this granola because it's so delicious. Fortunately for them, they don't need to worry about their blood sugar, but it's just too delicious to ignore.

In this book, I got four different shopping lists for each individual week of the menus the author provides.
