- I’ve been a huge fan of Allison’s since her first book Whole Bowls. I was so excited to get her new book. I marked numerous recipes to make and started with the roasted squash and pink grapefruit almond cake. Both were wonderful! The cake was so good I made her orange olive oil version too. Looking through the book I got inspired and excited about all of the tasty lunch options it provided. The recipes can transition into dinner by adding extra protein. Can’t recommend this book enough! It’s colorful, easy to follow and simply packed with delicious recipes!
